Document Storage

The importance of safe Will and Document storage. When the time comes the executors will need to know where the Will is that they need to execute. If the Will was last known to be in the testator’s possession but cannot be found on his death then there is the presumption that it has been destroyed. A Will stored at home is a risk of being lost in a move, misplaced and forgotten or even accidentally destroyed in a house fire or flood.
